Stir-fry Sauce
This recipe is based off of one that my oldest daughter learned at school! We've always loved stir-fry meals and happy to have finally found a great easy sauce to make!
Ingredients:
1 c. chicken or beef broth
2 T. cornstarch
1 T. soy sauce
1 t. minced garlic (I use the jarred kind)
Instructions:
In a bowl or glass measuring cup, mix all of the ingredients well and then set aside while you stir-fry your vegetables. When they are done, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir over heat until thickened.
